See the treasures of King Tutankhamun, such as his solid gold mask, solid gold coffin and jewelry that were enclosed in his tomb for about 3500 years before being discovered in 1922. Then visit the Citadel of Salah al-Din and the alabaster mosque of Muhammad Ali. Enjoy lunch in a local restaurant before continuing your tour to Coptic Cairo to see the Hanging Church, the Abu Serga Church and the Church of Saint Barbara. Visit the Ben Ezra Synagogue and the Mosque of Amr ibn al-As, the oldest mosque in Egypt. To end your day off, explore the old market of the Khan el-Khalili bazaar.
